Ica is the place were peruvian wine is produced. It's a valley on a desert, just like Lima, but dryer and hotter. Perfect for the wine grapes to grow. The location is called Hacienda Quilloay, a colonial place with a great big house destroyed by an earthquake on 2007. My friend Pepe Moquillaza produces here a kind of unique wine varieties, natural wine is called. Made with grapes free of chemicals and pesticides, and no filtration on the process, the result is something new and amazing. Ok I have to admit I flew the quad half drunk for a couple of takes, also the strong and sorpressive gusts of wind, made it very challenging to fly the with cinewhoop.
