HighFlyingRunner: 3 years running!

facebook.com/highflyingrunner ... Yesterday was my 3 year runiversary! June 13, 2014 I laced up a pair of worn out Skechers tennis shoes (lol) and went for a 1.8 mile trail run in my park.. it wasn't fun, but I saw the potential (which is something I never, ever thought would happen).

It's a date that means a lot to me, running and getting fit have changed my life for the better in so many ways. I've made some great friends in the process, too. 3,674 miles in 3 years, 11 pairs of shoes worn out, 5 full marathons and 17 half marathons run.. no plans to stop any time soon.
