Rinjani (the great Volcano on the island of Lombok), Kelimutu (an island on the island of Flores), as well as other spots on Flores and Lombok.  Both islands are part of the Lesser Sunda group of islands, which extends east of the island of Java.  They are the most populous islands in the provinces of East Nusa Tenggara and West Nusa Tenggara, respectively.
