I've Lost my Mojo...

I have lost my mojo. After losing 2 quads within 6 months of each other, the most recent one about 3 weeks ago, I have totally lost my confidence flying. I have been out and about flying even doing some 2 mile flights over water, but they have all been very nervous flights, my thumbs literally shake on the sticks. So now instead of focusing on my flying, my lines, smoothness, keeping things steady and level, things in frame, all I can think about is don't get too close to the water, don't crash and as a result my flying sucks. So the more I fly, the more I try to get my confidence back, the more I lose it because I hate my flying right now, I feel like a complete nub doing it.
