With the introduction of the DJI Digital FPV System many are wondering how this new product can integrate into our current setups that have been proven tried and true. HD flying is great, but can it stand side by side with our current systems. Testing this new DJI edition frame was tons of fun. Some of the requirements included confirming that “props” would not be in view for 5” and also 5.5” sizes. Also to insure that components fit and worked properly in a working prototype. So we put this build to the ultimate test, we tested in the most common three scenarios. 1. Longrange 2. Proximity 3. Freestyle We wanted to find out if this DJI system could compliment the traditional Armattan quality we all know and love. With the added benefit of flying in HD.
