First Reelsteady testflight with my new "Long range " setup on a beautiful sunny day under strange wind conditions. It's a 4S Helio Spring V1 Setup with 1800KV Motors that spin T5249C Cyclones . The feature i'm curios about is the extra softmounted Gopro Hero 7 that should filter out a lot of nasty vibrations that course bad results in #Reelsteady Go when i use it in post. Gopro's Hypersmooth is not preforming great under lower light conditions or with ND Filters attached - Reelsteady is a great option to shoot awesome moments when you want stabilized footage ! In fact, the wind was so bad that the Quad was shaking extremely during the most flights , the original footage without stabilization was unusable - but a softmounted Gopro and clean Gyro data saves the Day ;-) I tested Flips and Rolls with this Gopro mount, and everything works great - it is not more wobbly/loose than some EVA Foam wedges that i have used in the past...i think about designing a more compact Version for full Freestyle Experience with "footage recovery options" and even protect the Gopro a bit more against impacts/crashes. _mUSIC https://soundcloud.com/clemensruh/broken https://soundcloud.com/thisisphangs/a... https://forest.ambient-mixer.com/summ... Questions about gear/settings/help... feel free to ask ! * Edit contains footage recorded in 4K 60 wide ( black bars ) and 2.7 60 on a Gopro Hero 7 Black and Reelsteady Go was used to stabilize the footage in stock configuration - no settings or marker was touched.
