Lost n Found

Things don't always go according to plan. I was out for another early morning cruise with my 6 Inch Alien when things went a little...not the way it was supposed to. I decided to share this because sometimes regardless of effort and planning and scoping out new spots a simple mistake can bring it all undone. I was flying at a spot I have been to before but tried a different position. It was my first battery and I dipped too low behind a hill and when I lost my FPV feed I tried to pull up over it but it was too little too late and I failedsafed. I thought I had lost it for good. But I had to at least try and find it. Thankfully I had a general idea of where I came down and the battery did not disconnect and it was a soft crash. So using my RSSI read outs on my TX and using my goggles once I was in the general area I was able to find the quad which in a straight line was about 1 kilometre away from where I was standing. The only damage was to my props so yippee for that. It is close to raw footage, I adjusted the colour and shading a little to compensate for the time of day, otherwise it would have been too dark. Left it using Protune colour and I then made some minor colour correction in Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2018 to adjust for flying at that time of day.
