Matka Canyon - North Macedonia

AIRVŪZ STAFF NOTE : Here's a nice aerial view of a well-known canyon in the Southeast European country of Macedonia (also called North Macedonia). It's called Matka Canyon, and it's located just to the west of the Macedonian capital city of Skopje. The area is perhaps best known for its ten caves, as well as its large artificial lake, numerous hiking trails, and ancient monasteries. Matka Canyon is one of the most popular attractions in this former (and comparatively little-known) member of the now-dissolved Yugoslav Federation.
