Melbourne City Skyline - Summer Mornings 2023

AIRVŪZ STAFF NOTE : Take in these glorious morning aerial views of Melbourne, Australia, compliments of former DVOW Finalist Gizmo Drones. The video was filmed on a series of summer mornings with an Autel Nano+ drone as well as the larger Lite+. At about the :30 mark, there's a nice shot of the city's CBD; with the white spire of the Arts Centre Melbourne on the left. At 1:27, you'll see the Melbourne Sports and Entertainment Precinct, just east of the CBD. Other featured locations include the Royal Botanical Gardens, Southbank, the Docklands, and more.

This video is about Melbourne's amazing skyline as the morning sun rises in summer, captured over last 2 months. It's a great time of year with the buildings and river sparkling in the warm, summer sun.

The video includes Royal Botanical Gardens, Kings Domain gardens, the city, Southbank, Docklands, Port Melbourne Beach with the Yarra River running through the city to Port Phillip Bay.

Most of the shots were taken with an Autel Nano+ 249g drone and the other shots taken with a bigger Autel Lite+ drone, both using Freewell ND filters with manual camera settings.

I will do another video soon of summer evenings in Melbourne as I have a lot of great sunset shots from the last month or two. I will also do a video of Melbourne with the DJI Mavic 3 Classic and DJI Mini 3 Pro.
