Memories of Öland
AIRVŪZ STAFF NOTE :
Contributor hamed.razzaghi created this beautiful drone video of Öland, Sweden's second largest island. It's situated in the Baltic Sea off the southeastern coast of this Scandinavian country. The island covers over 1.3k square km (a bit over 500 square mi.) and is its own province. Since 1972, it has been connected to the mainland Sweden over the Kalmart Strait via the Öland Bridge, still one of the longest bridges in Europe. Settled 10,000 years ago, its current population is about 26,000.

Öland is the second largest Swedish island and the smallest of the traditional provinces of Sweden. Öland has an area of 1,342 square km and is located in the Baltic Sea just off the coast of Småland. The north shore is a unique place that has a bazalt structure that is shaped million years ago. The island has too many beautiful spots for drone shots and I tried to capture as much as it's possible. I hope you enjoy it!
