Monolith - Towers St-Jacques

Impressive limestone monoliths, such as icebergs of rock in the middle of the forest, the towers St-Jacques located at the foot of the south face of the Semnoz, advance by 2.1 cm per year. They are also the playground of the climbers with several routes exposed especially on the southern pillar high of 230 feet, main subject of this shoot.
