Monte Bulgheria I Cinematic Video

Mount Bulgheria is a mountain located in the southern part of Cilento, in the province of Salerno, whose highest peak reaches 1225 metres. Its name derives from the Bulgarian colonists, who settled here before the year 500. The municipality of Celle di Bulgheria, which rises on its slopes, on the east side, takes its name from the mountain. The mountain is known as Sleeping Lioness, as it resembles an enormous lion at rest with its gaze turned towards the east and therefore the locals like to think that it is a lion that is there to protect them.
