Mount Errigal covered by snow, Ireland
AIRVŪZ STAFF NOTE :
With an elevation of about 750 meters above sea level (a bit under 2.5k ft.), Mt. Errigal is the tallest peak of the Derryveagh Mountains and the tallest peak in County Donegal, Ireland. See the majestic mountain covered in snow via this dramatic drone video by AirVuz contributor and pilot Drone Photography Ireland. Errigal got its unique name from a group of Greek settlers who wanted to worship the mountain as they had Mount Olympus. The name comes from the Latin “orare” (to pray) and Greek “ekklesia” (church).
