The video was filmed in the rice terraces of of Mù Cang Chải, one of the districts of the province of Lào Cai, not far from Vietnam's northern border with China. The district lies in the foothills of the Hoang Lien Son mountain range, which stretches across the stretching roughly 180 km across the Lao Cai, Lai Chau, and Yen Bai provinces, with peaks reaching up to 10.3k ft above sea level (3.15k m), the highest in Indochina.
