This is ALOT of talking, and little snippets during the tuning process. If you cam for sweet flight videos, you should just leave now lol. It has taken me over a year of experimentation, different frames, different motors & sizes & KV's, different ESC's and protocols, and different combinations of each, but I now know what I like, and I have settled on a single set of hardware. This will be the ONLY hardware I fly going forward, at least until things need to change (hardware availability, change in reliability, etc). The point isn't to NEVER change, but minimize it to be as little and as infrequently as possible. If you don't have a consistent platform and things are always changing, you will never fly to your full potential. Next will be to decide which firmware to settle on: Betaflight or Butterflight. However, evaluating these differences on a single hardware platform will make things easier. I have settled on a single platform for flying. The components consist of: My Formula (Drone Platform) =================================================== Hyperlite Flosstyle 5" (with standard 6" arms) Aikon AK32 @ 48khz PWM Update & Timing = Auto Heli-Nation Talon F4 Sumax Innovation 2207 2600KV XM+ w/ SBUS on CH8 TBS Unify HV Race Edition Runcam Eagle Mini CNHL 1300mah 100C ThunderPower Adrenaline 1300 80C HQ Prop 5x4.3x3 V1S HQ Prop 5x4.8x3 V1S
