Northumbrian Aerials
AIRVŪZ STAFF NOTE :
Here's a nice aerial view of the beautiful coast of Northumberland, the northernmost of the English counties. The focus of the video is the magnificent Bamburgh Castle, one of the finest in England. Located just south of the Scottish border, the 11th century Norman fortress (built on the site of an Anglo-Saxon fortification) became the first casualty of early-modern artillery when it was captured during the War of the Roses in 1464. Now open to the public, it's a Grade I Historical Listing.
