Nubble Light, Cape Neddick, Maine - Maven Automated Mission
AIRVŪZ STAFF NOTE :
For a first upload to AirVuz, brand-new contributor cccc brings us this excellent drone video of one of the USA's most famous lighthouses. Known formally as Cape Neddick Light, it's best known for its nickname: "the Nubble". It sits on a tiny island on the southern coast of Maine, roughly halfway between Kennebunkport and Portsmouth, New Hampshire. The cast-iron plate tower stands about 41 ft. tall, or around 12 meters. The lighthouse was built in 1879, and has been automated since 1987.

This is a video from a DJI Mavic Air 2 flying around the Nubble Lighthouse at Cape Neddick, Maine on an automated waypoint mission using Mavin v3.9. The mission included a two-lap spiral, which is a new feature of v3.9. A brisk wind was blowing (note the flag). Copyright © 2021 Paul MacDonald Music: Apple Final Cut Pro
