Old OZO gas station and Château de la Roche in Kawasaki Z1000

On the national 7: Ren’essence of a former OZO service stationThe former OZO service station south of Roanne in the town of Coteau. It has been renovated for a year by the Cars, Bus et Compagnie association.

Located on the old route of the Nationale 7, the station opened in 1957 under the OZO brand until 1968 then the brand was bought by Total which closed the station in 1981.

The building is then tagged, squatted and hidden under vegetation. But the architecture of the building still remains recognizable thanks to its spire. Since July 2021, the association has been involved in cleaning, rehabilitating and repainting this old station. After cleaning the layers of tag, we can see the old OZO logos and it is from there that the volunteers repainted the station while retaining the vestiges of the past.
