Situated on Western Lake Road, The Woolshed is conveniently located on the Remutaka (formerly Rimutaka) Cycle Trail route – a great accommodation option when venturing along this premier New Zealand Cycleway. The Woolshed sits on over 200 acres of land which you are welcome to explore during your stay. It includes its own mountain bike and walking tracks, diverse bush scenery and stunning views of Lake Onoke, Lake Ferry township and out to Cook Strait. We also offer an awesome bike hire experience – fat tyre electric bikes! These bikes are great for exploring the area – Pounui Wetlands, Onoke Spit and Ocean Beach. They are designed for enjoying the great outdoors and make light work of any hills and sand. Booked e-bikes will be waiting for you on your arrival at the woolshed.
