Osmangazi Bridge
AIRVŪZ STAFF NOTE :
Contributor and drone pilot gokhanakman created this amazing aerial video of one of the world's longest suspension bridges. The Osmangazi Bridge spans the Gulf of İzmit, an eastern extension of the Sea of Marmara in northwestern Turkey. The bridge, which opened in mid-2016, has a total length of almost 2.7k meters (almost 8.8k ft.). Among other things, the span greatly shortened the driving distance between Istanbul and İzmir, the country's largest and third largest cities, respectively.
