Ostrog Monastery

AIRVŪZ STAFF NOTE : The Monastery of Ostrog is one of the cultural treasures of the Southeast European nation of Montenegro. Established in the 17th century, it's built into a a cliff called Ostroška Greda in the municipality of Danilovgrad Municipality, near the geographic center of the country. Dedicated to Saint Basil of Ostrog, it's one of the most popular pilgrimage sites of the Serbian Orthodox church, a branch of Eastern Orthodoxy.
