A few clips from Northern Idaho, including my luckiest accidental backwards gap at 3:05. Crash reel at the end. Got pretty lucky on a double Matty flip at 2:48 - that would have been a brutal recovery. I’ve been looking forward to flying the Palouse and Coeur d'Alene regions for almost as long as I can remember. As a kid in the 80s I had a pretty elaborate fantasy about FPV dogfighting over these fields with scale aircraft, BB guns, radar, and flight-simulator style cockpits.
