Paragliding is the adventure/extreme sport of flying a lightweight parachute "glider", usually down the slope of a mountain. The video was filmed near Krasnaya Polyana, a famed ski area in the heart of the Caucasus Mountains near the 2014 Winter Olympics host city of Sochi.
