Pitcher #15 - We Rip IKEA - ImpulseRC Alien 5

Man - what a weekend! Finally it stopped raining / snowing and temps were high enough so our fingers wouldn't fall off when holding the Taranis. However, tragic Saturday! We have lost one of our GoPro's in a fn gravel pit. The velcro strap holding the cam got lose (no idea how that happened because it sat tight like nothing), the cam fell off "somewhere" and as a result the velcro strap covered the fpv lens causing Ray to crash his Alien. The quad was fine except for two dead Steele motors. We searched for the GoPro for almost two hours with our sneakers ankledeep in the mud without success! In the end we even got kicked out by security. The bitter pill: not only the GoPro was gone but all the great footage too. :/

But hey, we got a new one the same day so we could continue our adventure on Sunday, when we went to one of our former practice spots. My son did all of the "fly through'" stunts including the IKEA sign dive! Please keep in mind he's still only 11 years old. Seems I am more the big air freestyle type and probably it's a question of older age too haha. Hope you enjoy!
