Playa Grande, El Porís - Arico / ❤️ - Tenerife 🇮🇨

Playa Grande, es una playa ubicada en el municipio de Arico, en la Punta de Abona, cerca de pueblo costero del Porís de Abona.

 

Es una de las playas más bonitas de Tenerife. Arena marrón claro, aguas cristalinas, vistas al pico del Teide, y con la marea baja la playa resulta de gran tamaño, ideal para pasear, jugar a las palas, o simplemente tumbarte a tomar el Sol.

 

Es recomendable visitar cuando no haya mucho viento, ya que de lo contrario puede resultar algo desagradable. Esta playa se encuentra en una de las zonas más ventosas de la isla de Tenerife, por ello verás varios parques eólicos por los alrededores. Cuando está el viento en calma (no muchos días al año) es una maravilla.

 

Playa Grande normalmente tiene una ocupación media-baja durante casi todo el año, salvo los meses de verano que es media. No es una playa muy conocida por los turistas, y sus visitantes son normalmente la gente que vive por los alrededores.

 

Playa Grande is a beach located in the municipality of Arico, in Punta de Abona, near the coastal town of Porís de Abona (Tenerife Island - Canary Islands). It is one of the most beautiful beaches in Tenerife. Light brown sand, crystal clear waters, views of the Teide peak, and at low tide the beach is large, ideal for walking, playing paddle tennis, or simply lying down and sunbathing. It is advisable to visit when there is not much wind, otherwise it can be somewhat unpleasant. This beach is located in one of the windiest areas of the island of Tenerife, which is why you will see several wind farms nearby. When the wind is calm (not many days a year) it is wonderful. Playa Grande normally has medium-low occupancy almost all year round, except for the summer months when it is average. It is not a beach well known to tourists, and its visitors are normally people who live nearby.
