AIRVŪZ STAFF NOTE : Poznan is the largest city in western Poland and the fifth largest in the country. At one point, the city had a large German population, and it was incorporated into Germany near the outset of World War II. Decades later, Poznan was the scene of some of the earliest unrest over the Soviet Union's hegemony in the 1950's, a role later taken by Gdansk. In this video, contributor and pilot Dronujemy gives us a fascinating aerial tour of this very old city, which includes aerial footage of the Poznan Cathedral.
