ROLEX Middle Sea Race 2024 around Malta and Sicily - The Start

I was invited by the Rolex Middle Sea Race Media Team to drone film the start of the race for the picturesque port of Valletta in the Mediterranean island of Malta, with fortifications dating back to the 16th Century. This sailing race takes the boats from Malta up north around the islands of Sicily, the Stromboli volcano, Pantelleria and Lampedusa, before heading back to the port of Valletta.  Filmed with iFlight Chimera 7'' and recorded with a GoPro Hero 12.
