Rainforest of Borneo
AIRVŪZ STAFF NOTE :
Check out this fantastic drone video of the rainforests of the giant island of Borneo. The third-largest island in the world, Borneo is split between the Indonesia, Malaysia, and Brunei. Most of the interior of the island is covered by two types of rainforest: a highland area in the north-central part surrounded by a lowland jungle. These are some of the oldest rainforests in the world, having existed for up to 140 million years. The preservation of these jungles has become the subject of worldwide ecological concern in recent years.

Borneo is one of the oldest rainforest in the world, its 140 million years old. Home to the tallest tree in the tropical world, high on endemism. Protect our rainforest for the generations to come. 'Nature don't need humans, humans need nature'
