Rare Rocky Mountain Waterfall

Located high in Rocky mountains. On the east side of Ogden Utah is a rare waterfall that only flows for a few days of the year during spring. In fact some years it doesn't even flow any. Last year it was dry and so the waterfall vanished for the entire year. Thankfully this year it returned and I was able to take a rugged hike and capture footage of the waterfall once again.
