RunCam Split Mid-Flight FPV Feed Freeze!

I have been having problems with my RunCam Split freezing at take off. Thought I had gotten past that but this mid-flight freeze for my FPV feed as well as the HD video has forced me to sideline the RunCam Split until I can figure out what is wrong. I love the RunCam Split but this problem has me wondering why it was engineered to even be able to have the FPV feed freeze. The FPV feed should be live video full time!
