Sachsenhausen Concentration Camp

AIRVŪZ STAFF NOTE :

In this drone video by c13studio, you'll get a haunting look at the Sachsenhausen Concentration Camp in eastern Germany.  Located just north of Berlin, the camp was opened in 1936 for detention of political prisoners.  During World War II, its role changed to include outright extermination.  In April, 1945, the camp was liberated by the Red Army, but not before its remaining prisoners were taken on a death march which claimed many more victims in addition to the 30,000 who were killed at the camp.
