It's located in the Abbottabad District of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (formerly the North-West Frontier Province), one of the country's four main provinces. The falls are accessible from the national capital Islamabad; it's a roughly three hour drive, most of which is on the Hazara Expressway. One the most beautiful waterfall of Pakistan, located near the village of Sajjikot in Havelian. Sajjikot waterfall is less than 3 hours drive away from Islamabad, the easiest route to waterfall is from Hazara expressway through Havelian, the road is well paved but congested near Havelian city. The downward hike to waterfall is a challenging one, the trail that leads to waterfall is unpaved with lots of smaller rocks that skid and slide when stepped on. The waterfall is surrounded by dense coniferous forests and grassland, there is a beautiful shallow pool of emerald water at the bottom which is extremely deep. A signboard erected near the waterfall alert the visitors to refrain from taking a dive at the pool.
