For centuries, the area around the Italian seaside town of Cervia has been known for one thing: its distinctive salt.  The Cervia salt mines are located on the Adriatic Sea coast on the boundary between Rimini and Ravena, the two easternmost provinces of the Emilia-Romagna region.  Going back to Roman times, the salt mined here has been prized for its distinctive flavor, and continues to be known around the world.  Check out the Cervia salt mines from above in this drone video by new contributor   fgferrara.
