He’s taking us to the mountains around Grenoble in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region of southeastern France. The area is known as a base for winter sports, plus its museums, universities, and research centers. He’ll take us skimming across the mountain ledges before diving down the sides of the famous range.
