Solina in the Bieszczady - TOP 10 attractions, extraordinary video with subtitles

AIRVŪZ STAFF NOTE :

AirVuz contributor Adrian Krupczynski put together this excellent captioned drone video from the mountains of southern Poland.  The video was filmed in the vicinity of Solina, a town in the Subcarpathian Voivodeship, Poland's southernmost province.  The setting is the heart of the Beskid Mounains (Bieszczady), a subchain of the Carpathians which serve as Poland's natural southern boundary.  The video features footage from a number of spots in the area, including the Solina Dam and its reservoir lake, Poland's largest.

BADGES THIS VIDEO HAS EARNED:

Solina is not only a reservoir created by damming the Solinka River, but also a picturesque town with the largest dam in Poland. Solina offers many opportunities for active recreation, such as sailing, kayaking, fishing, hiking and cycling on the surrounding trails. Solina is also an ideal place to admire the panorama of the Bieszczady Mountains from above. From July 2022, you can use the new attraction: the gondola lift, which runs over the Solina Dam and connects two mountains: Plasza and Jawor. The gondola lift allows you to enjoy the view of two lakes: Zalew Soliński and Myczkowiecki, as well as Połonina Wetlińska and the surrounding towns. At the final station there is an observation tower with a glass terrace and a cafe where you can relax and enjoy the landscape. Solina is a place that combines the power of nature with modernity and provides unforgettable experiences. We invite you to watch our video in which we will show you more about Solina and its attractions.
