Spectacular Naples Holiday Boat Parade

It's that special time of year...with holidays for everyone.

And for me the Naples (Long Beach) Holiday Boat Parade is one of my favorite events of the year and one of the things that make this time of the year so special. The canals circle Naples Island, where nearly all of the homes are decorated for the holidays. The lights are magnificant and the parties seem to never end.

During the parade small boats (small encough to get under the bridges) cruse the canals, while the larger boats display their lights in the Bay. It's a great place to walk and see the lights....and an even better place to enjoy the holidays with friends and neighbors. This year will mark the 77th annual parade in Long Beach.
