I fly the mini 2 over the Rookery South ERF recycling plant on the Old Stewartby brick works and the nearby Bedford to London train line. The Rookery ERF processes huge amounts of waste to generate power for over 100 000 homes,the distinctive red chimneys can be seen from afar.
