THE STORR ( Isle of Skye) Scotland

The Storr is one of the natural wonders of Scotland's Isle of Skye.  It's a rocky hill on Trotternish, the northeasternmost of the numerous peninsulas which make up much of the land area of this island in the Inner Hebrides.  Seen here in this drone video by new contributor Scotty Stephenson, the Storr is considered a prime example of a landform known as a landslip, a rock formation caused by movements such as landslides.  A popular climbing location, the hill reaches an altitude of about 720 meters above sea level (around 2.35k ft.).
