TILTSHIFT - RAILROADS This is characterized by perfectly focusing on a plane and blurring everything else: the immediately appreciable effect is that of transforming the world into a toy, more precisely in a set of miniatures that are so reminiscent of those models used in railway modeling. The effect obtained with the Tilt Shift technique is very realistic, in some ways surprising. First of all, however, it is good to know that not all subjects lend themselves well to this technique: the best effect is that obtained by photographing the city from above, perhaps from the balcony of the house, from panoramic terraces or whatever, while it is poorly appreciable in nature photography, be it landscape photography or in its more general meaning. This technique can be performed in two ways: using our Tilt Shift lens with our reflex camera (which we will discuss in the next paragraph) or through post production tools, intended both as external plugins and as actions to be carried out in Adobe Premiere or Final Cut. The video was shot using the Mavic 2 Pro and Mini 2 in the area north of Milan (Gallarate).
