For the first time on The Drone Dish, we chat with a pilot based in Alaska: Mike Criss, known on AirVuz as alaska42. On this episode, Mike talks about what it's like to fly in a beautiful area of the country such as Alaska. With a background in ground photography, Mike has carried his photography skills over to the drone world. He shares some tips on how to make great drone hyperlapses, and also offers a suggestion for how to find great locations to drone. Mike also addresses the challenges of flying in Alaska's harsh winter climates. Plus, this Alaska native tells us the place he'd most like to fly his drone.
