The Fairy Pools, Isle of Skye

Our penultimate day on Skye, and although the weather was still good, gone were the bright blue skies, yet this made for good walking weather to visit the Fairy Pools - somewhere we had long wanted to see... The walk is a good mile, downhill steeply at the start, and with the new bridges not too difficult in crossing the water - previously it was 2 sets of stepping stones. Keeping with the Tolkienesque feel of parts of the island - hardly surprising given that it was a major inspiration for Lord of the Rings - I had in mind to use this track from Enya for the video, which I think works, but does make the video a little longer than I would like..
