The Pass

THE PASS - CINEMATIC FPV | WINNATS PASS Still on the hunt to fly over a cloud inversion we decided to revisit Winnats Pass just above Castleton in the Peak District U.K. The weather was looking promising for an inversion, then ofcourse as we basically drive up the pass it was near enough full cloud coverage. Couldnt believe it. There were some signs of low mist around the valley beneath Mam Tor so headed over to the viewpoint and prayed for the mist to come our way. Ofcourse that didnt happen, and after hanging around for a good 20 minutes I was just about ready to go back home. Turning round to pick my bag up I looked up and noticed a bit of colour coming through a gap on the horizon, then within seconds the sky just exploded so I was running around like mad trying to get setup. Not much light on the land unfortunately but the sky looked killer.
