After about a month of messing with pretty much every setting and every build available of RF1 I was never able to get rid of the low throttle grinding, or get the stick feel quite right, so a few days ago I flashed the Revolt to BetaFlight 3.1.7, ran the PT1 dterm filter, removed the lower frequency notch filter, threw in some numbers and took it for a spin. Every issue I had was totally gone, and this is now probably one of the best flying quads I've ever flown! The low throttle noise was entirely gone, and my guess on the tune was almost dead on. Amazing how much of a difference it made actually. I would say it felt like going from PPM to S.Bus all over again! This video isn't anything special, just feeling out the new setup. If you get tired of seeing the same scenery I don't blame you! Unfortunately I've had a lot of family commitments, a work trip, it's almost finals week in the two classes I teach, and I've had a ton of deadlines at work. Sounds like excuses, but I've barely had time to fly even on my lunch breaks recently, so it was nice to finally get out and put some packs in without having to worry about fighting weirdness.
