The Waters and Bridges of Moccasin Trail Park (April 1st, 2024)

It was a nice afternoon at Moccasin Trail Park. I enjoyed flying my drone (DJI Mini 2) at the two locations. The first location is a small lake right next to the parking lot on Mocassin Trail. Most people take the trail to the right of the parking lot because it leads to the rest of the park. What they don't know is that the trail to the left takes you to this quiet area where the lake is. There were five cormorants and two geese on the lake, and I had the privilege to harass them with my drone and get some good footage. The second location is a bridge on Don River. Take the trail to the right of the parking lot, then turn right after crossing Don River. The next bridge is where I flew my drone. Usually, there are many people in this area. There is a tall bridge for trains nearby, but I did not get the chance to fly over it as my battery was running low. However, I was able to film a GO Train driving on another bridge. These two locations are very close to one another, yet they offer two vastly different sceneries.
