Winter in the Bavarian Alps

The Bavarian Alps of southern Germany offer some of the most beautiful scenes of natural beauty in Europe.  Consisting of a series of sub-ranges which form part of the Northern Limestone Alps, the Bavarian Alps don't reach the altitudes of some of the taller mountains to the south - their highest peak, Zugspitze, has a modest summit elevation of just under 3k meters above sea level, or around 9.7k ft.  In this excellent drone video by Akas Kovacs, you'll be able to take in the beauty of the Bavarian Alps in the wintertime.
