A Short clip about the now redundant primary school I used to attend, Ysgol Thomas Ellis. A building can hold much more than just walls and its contents but more so it hold memories. Ysgol Thomas Ellis is part of 3 schools that are now closed to merge into the new £9 million super school Ysgol Cybi, the other schools which faced the same fate as this were Ysgol Parc and Ysgol Llaingoch. Many years passed with so many children coming of age in this magnificent school, learning, playing and growing as individuals with help from the amazing staff which educated us all over the years. I felt the need to do this film as this school holds so many memories for me and I felt it was only right to give it a final goodbye . Wooden sheets will cover most of its glass exterior until further plans are set for the schools future, be that knock it down or find a new purpose for it. 17 Years has passed since I left this wonderful school but the memories still stand strong for me so I hope you enjoy the video courtesy of the Eye In The Sky.
