A Far Reach

I am just trying to get comfortable really. On a full battery of course, and still using the DJI motion controller (shaky), I decided to put it out there over the Skokomish River in sport mode wide open. I made it up the river and then partially retraced my flight back and flew a bit down river (further than I should have) before the quad took it out of my control for Return to Home mode as you will see at about four minutes. I have already experienced this, and I am thankful that it has the ability to do so with enough juice to make it back. Lol! I now know that I have about six-and-a-half minutes of battery wide open. Now I have begun to work with the stick controller, and will attempt to advance to my obstacal courses soon. Wish me luck!
