A Trip Through the Clouds

AIRVŪZ STAFF NOTE : Former Drone Video of the Week Finalist RobSkyHigh brings us this excellent drone video from Mt. Timpanogos, which is part of the Wasatch Mountains chain in Utah. Timpanogos has a peak altitude of 11.75k ft. above sea level (a little under 3.6k m), making it the second-tallest mountain in the Wasatch chain, a sub-range of the Rocky Mountains which runs from the Utah-Idaho border south into the central part of the state. The video was filmed on a beautiful October morning with a DJI Mavic Pro 3 drone.

Flying through a mystical and magical morning on Mt. Timpanogos in Utah's Wasatch mountains. This is all shot on the autumn morning of Oct. 4th with my Mavic 3 Pro as a storm passed through and began to lift away. The Alpine Loop is a popular destination for seeing the fall colors for people from all over the world. I was able to use the 3X lens and hyperlapse function at times to increase the impact.
