Above the Alps: From Lake Como to Cogne

Former Drone Video of the Week Finalist and pilot Pierre brings us this fantastic drone video from northern Italy.  The first part of the video was filmed over Lake Como, which is located in the Lombardy region and is Italy's third-largest lake by surface area (after Lakes Garda and Maggiore).  With maximum depth of 1.3k m (around 400 m), it's also one of the deepest lakes in Europe.  From there you'll head to the area around the Cogne, which is in the Aosta Valley, close to the borders with France and Switzerland.
