asshole neighbor shooting my drone

I was flying my brand new mavic 2 drone around my property the day I got it. I was flying it over our pond and fields taking pictures and just trying to learn how to fly it when my neighbor decides to come outside and shoot it with his shotgun! He had a direct hit with the drone breaking some wings and the camera, luckily I was able to hit the come home button and it returned right back to where it took off from.
